This policy explains how LIV Services Company Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, retains, discloses and protects personal data. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("the Ordinance") and the six Data Protection Principles in Schedule 1 to the Ordinance.
This website collects nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no forms, no logins.
Data collected through this website
This website does not use cookies, web analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms or logins. We therefore do not collect personal data from visitors through this website. You may browse this site without providing any personal data.
Server logs
As with all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as the IP address, the page requested and the time of the request. These records are used only for security, fault diagnosis and performance monitoring. They are not used to identify individuals and are not used for marketing.
Personal data you provide to us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if you do not provide it we may be unable to reply to your enquiry or provide a quotation.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless required by law, unless you have consented, or where it is necessary for our staff or contractors to handle your enquiry. This website is hosted by a third-party cloud hosting provider whose servers may be located outside Hong Kong.
Data access and correction requests
Under the Ordinance you have the right to ascertain whether we hold your personal data, to request a copy of it, and to request correction of any inaccurate data. Requests should be made in writing to enquiry@livservices.com.hk (you may use the Data Access Request Form OPS003 published by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data). We must comply within 40 days of receiving a request, and we may charge a fee not exceeding the direct cost of complying.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and the date at the top will be revised.
